Responding to a Threat as a Passenger in a Vehicle

Most of the time when we look at using a firearm from inside a vehicle, we are thinking about ourselves as being in the driver's seat. Of course, that may not be the case! While responding to the front of the vehicle is pretty straightforward and responding to the right or the rear are simply modifications of the orientation of the muzzle, real thought should be given to controlling the driver of the vehicle if you need to respond to the left while in the passenger seat of a car.
