      Hello Ed!

      If you’re having trouble getting those PDFs to download here’s a few things to try:

      -If you’re on a computer, press CTRL + F5 to perform a hard refresh. This usually fixes any technical error like this.
      -Make sure that your internet connection is solid and your not attempting to download too many things at once.

      -If you’re on a mobile device, unless you have a PDF reader on your phone or tablet, you might not be able to download them. You might be able to open the PDF on a new internet tab and then press and hold on the PDF to save it as a file onto your tablet or phone, but currently most tablets need a PDF reader to download and save them.
