Description

Rob Pincus runs through a Flow Drill using a SIRT STIC from Next Level Training. In a Flow Drill, the shooter continually moves from one ready position to another, for example, standing, squatting, kneeling, prone on the stomach, prone on the back, then return to kneeling, squatting, and standing, then repeat, all while looking for threats and taking shots when prompted to do so.

Doing the Flow Drill dry fire with a SIRT STIC is a good – and safe — way to do this drill if you’re not on a live-fire range.

If you’re not familiar with the SIRT STIC, check out Rob’s video introduction to it. To see a live-fire Flow Drill in action during a firearms training course, follow that link.
